Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. 

Shipping outside Australia? We don't offer international shipping just yet, but we'd still love to get a game to you. Email us at judgementalgamesaus@gmail.com with your location and we'll do our best to find a way to make it work.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, as delivery times depend on our carrier.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If tracking is available, we'll include the details so you can follow your order to the table.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or it arrives damaged, contact us at judgementalgamesaus@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help where we can.
