Returns & Refunds

At Judgemental Games, we want you to love game night. If something's gone wrong with your order, here's how we'll sort it out.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In plain terms: if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it should, you're entitled to a remedy. When a product has a major problem, you can choose between a refund or a replacement. For a minor problem, we'll fix it by at least giving a free repair, and we may instead offer a replacement or refund. We can't ask you to take the problem to the manufacturer instead, and we may assess the product before providing a remedy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or it's not what you ordered, contact us at judgementalgamesaus@gmail.com within a reasonable time of receiving it. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue where possible. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law, and we'll cover (or reimburse) reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Proof of purchase

We may ask for proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) before processing any return or refund.

How to start a return

Email judgementalgamesaus@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps and a return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
